Abstract
La riflessione fenomenologica di Michel Henry si costituisce, sin dal suo principio, come una critica della fenomenologia tradizionale, alla luce della stessa definizione del fenomeno. Attraverso tale critica, il filosofo cerca di sviluppare un cammino speculativo capace di condurre al “captare” l’assoluto, inteso come essenza della stessa manifestazione, come apparire dell’apparire stesso (Parousia). La manifestazione della manifestazione implica che il suo darsi si realizzi in un orizzonte che sfugge alla visibilità e alla trascendenza, determinandosi come “invisibile” in quanto “immanenza radicale”. Nello sviluppo del suo discorso, Henry fa riferimento a due autori che appartengono sia alla storia del pensiero quanto a quella della mistica, precisamente della mistica speculativa: Jacob Böhme e Meister Eckhart. Il presente contributo intende mostrare brevemente il senso di tali riferimenti che collocherebbe Michel Henry nell’ambito di quelle ricerche che affermano e indagano le possibili affinità tra pensiero filosofico ed esperienza mistica.
Michel Henry's phenomenological reflection is constituted, from its early beginning, as a critique of traditional phenomenology, in the light of the authentic definition of the phenomenon. Through this critique, the philosopher tries to develop a speculative path capable of leading to the “capture” of the absolute, understood as the essence of the manifestation itself, as the appearing of the appearing itself (Parousia). The manifestation of the manifestation implies that its giving itself takes place in a horizon that escapes visibility and transcendence, determining itself as “invisible” because of “radical immanence”. In developing his speech, Henry refers to two authors who belong both to the history of thought and of mysticism, specifically of speculative mysticism: Jacob Böhme and Meister Eckhart. The present contribution aims to briefly show the meaning of these references that would place Michel Henry himself in the context of those researches that affirm and investigate the possible affinities between philosophical thought and mystical experience.
