Almost all database require the following information for indexing a journal

Journal Data: (Settings>Journal)

  • Office adress
  • Scientific Commitee: email of the members, affiliation, highlithing members outside the University

Declaration: (Settings>Journals>)

  • Type  of Peer review
  • Absence of APC or SUbmission Charge to publish
  • Copyright 
  • Ethic Code
  • Author's Guideline 
  • Creative Commons License (Setting> Distribution)

Author:

  • Country
  • affiliation
  • ID ORCID 

Article

  • Title, Keywords, Abstract in english
  • Bibliographic citation: Journal title, ISSN,  issues data, pages, DOI (almost all)
  • Creative Commons Licence at the first or last page (DOAJ )
